A little bit about me: I'm a graphic design student at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. However before I transfered here in the fall I earned an AFA degree from Montgomery College - Rockville in studio art. I have nearly five years of experience working in digital multimedia for high-profile organizations such as the National Gallery of Art, National Geographic Television and the Army Research Lab.
Currently, I am looking for summer design jobs and internships. My principle skill set is based in print design utilizing Adobe CS software. I am adept at working with/creating graphics in both raster and vector environments. I have several years of experience that heavily emphasize color management and working in different color spaces. I also have some experience in other creative multimedia fields. These include video editing, 3D modeling and animation. I would also like to point out that Im a fast learner and am able to pick up new skills quickly.
Some of my personal artistic projects for the summer are to create my own website, complete a series of paintings based on a top secret concept I've got and submit a comic in August to the [link] monthly comics competition with my friend.
Well, I hope you enjoyed reading this. But for me, it's now back to filling out applications and sending out resumes!
~Sean
